Jamie Started working in new media in May 2006 doing search engine marketing work for agency PushON part-time while he studies at Manchester University. Within a month he was researching and delivering social media-based campaigns and he is now employed by the company as an online search marketing consultant. His particular area of expertise is in social media, where he is researching and experimenting to see what benefits can be delivered to clients.
The judges praised Jamie’s enthusiasm for his work and for the industry, and were also impressed with the way he had seized on a developing area, making it his own and delivering results for his employer.
